Dr Elliot has specialist professional interests in Women’s Health, including HRT. She is also a GP trainer at the surgery.
In her spare time Dr Elliott enjoys spending time with her family, getting outdoors and has an interest in home renovating and interior design.

Dr Mann is specifically interested in Minor Surgery and holds these clinics at the GP Surgery. She is also intersted in Older Women’s Health.

Dr Bosmith joined the practice as a General Practitioner (GP) in September 2021.
Dr Bosmith has two children who keep he rbusy when she’s not at work. In her spare time, she plays for the local netball and rounders teams and is a beaver leader.
When Dr Bosmith has time she enjoys cooking, baking and reading. Dr Bosmith is a true generalist and enjoys a bit of everything, which is the main reason she became a GP.

Dr Salman Ali

Dr Ali has worked in the UK since 2017. Initially he qualified as a member of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, before joining General Practice training in 2021.
Dr Ali has worked as a GP Registrar as Pershore Medical Practice in 2021 and returned in August 2023.
In his spare time Dr Ali likes to read literature and learn to play musical instruments.
GP Registrars
Pershore Medical Practice is a training practice and hosts doctors on placement during their General Practice training.
A GP Registrar is a qualified doctor, who has spent at least 4 years at medical school and 2 years as a hospital doctor, before embarking on training to become a GP. Many GP Registrars have also worked in different areas of medicine or surgery in addition to this.
GP Registrars practice independently with the support of a GP Supervisor and other colleagues when needed.

Nurses
Two Advanced Nurse Practitioners regularly run triage and lead on chronic disease clinics and more complex nursing care. Six Practice Nurses are available and run regular clinics including diabetes, wound care, immunisations, minor injuries service, travel vaccination advice and contraceptive advice. We have one Nurse Associate and one Healthcare Assistant who are both trained phlebotomist’s and as well as running daily phlebotomy appointments are also available to carry out NHS Health Checks.

Reception
Our receptionists are usually the first point of contact and are here to help you. They have a lot of information to hand and in most cases will be able to help with your enquiry. We have a total of 9 receptionists.

Dispensary
The team are responsible for dispensing medicines to patients and for all repeat medication requests. They work closely with our Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians and can assist with any medication queries. We have a total of 8 dispensers.
