Face to Face GP Appointments – an update for patients

We are pleased to report that over the busy Winter period we are able to provide a small number of additional same day appointments. These appointments will always be triaged by a GP in your own Practice but occasionally you may be offered an appointment at another Practice within the Pershore and Upton Primary Care Network (comprised of Pershore Medical Practice, Abbottswood Medical Centre, Pershore and Upton Surgery)

If you are seen by a GP in another Practice they will have full access to your medical records and be able to update them so that your own GP will see a record of consultation and any agreed actions and treatments.
